Growth billing terms

Automatic Growth tier upgrades

If your organization is on a paid Growth plan and your active referrals exceed the referral limit for your selected Growth tier, Introzy may automatically upgrade your subscription to the next available Growth tier (next SKU) and charge the corresponding subscription price.

By accepting these terms in Introzy (at Checkout or in Settings → Plan & billing), an organization admin authorizes that automatic upgrade behavior.

Draft / placeholder: Product and Legal must approve final language before production auto-upgrade charging is enabled.

What this does not cover

These terms do not change Free-plan hard limits, Enterprise contracts, or Stripe Connect marketplace billing.

Canceling or downgrading remains available through Introzy billing management / the Stripe Customer Portal where enabled.
