Automatic Growth tier upgrades

If your organization is on a paid Growth plan and your active referrals exceed the referral limit for your selected Growth tier, Introzy may automatically upgrade your subscription to the next available Growth tier (next SKU) and charge the corresponding subscription price.

Authorization for that behavior comes from Introzy’s platform Terms & Conditions accepted when you use Introzy — not from a separate Checkout or Settings consent step.

What this does not cover

This page does not change Free-plan hard limits, Enterprise contracts, or Stripe Connect marketplace billing.

Canceling or downgrading remains available through Introzy billing management / the Stripe Customer Portal where enabled.
